Grand Street Settlement (GSS)

Grand Street Settlement (GSS) seeks to implement a State of Good Repair program that includes infrastructure and code compliance upgrades to its 80 Pitt Street (Lower East Side) New York property. GSS has obtained funding from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, which is funded through Community Development Block Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and various NYC City funding sources for this project.

Grand Street Settlement is seeking a Construction Manager to provide Pre-Construction and CM services. MWBE firms are encouraged to bid. Refer to the website below for further details.

New York Public Radio

New York Public Radio (NYPR) is issuing a request for proposals for a system integrator to procure equipment and conduct renovations of the broadcast control rooms for The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space in NYPR's Lower Manhattan headquarters located at 160 Varick Street.

This project is funded by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation under a program providing Federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and work performed under contract with NYPR is subject to all related regulations and requirements. The project has an M/WBE goal of 20% participation.
