ZSE Engineering, the engineer of record for USS, seeks the services of a firm for a complex fire alarm removal and installation project in a fully occupied building. USS has obtained funding from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, which is funded through Community Development Block Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for this project.
