Lower Manhattan Development Corporation Chairman Avi Schick participated in a panel with leaders in the New York City real estate sector to discuss the impact of the financial sector job loss on the ongoing redevelopment of Lower Manhattan.

Ten years ago the business sector of Lower Manhattan was focused on the financial sector but now heath care and media outlets have taken a bigger market share of the office space downtown”, stated Avi Schick, Chairman-Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.
