The Lower Manhattan Construction Command Center (LMCCC) was a division of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC). LMCCC was created to oversee and coordinate the ongoing construction taking place south of Canal Street. The LMCCC wound down its operations on December 31, 2013.
