The General Advisory Council
The General Advisory Council is comprised of federal, state, and city elected officials, as well as business and civic leaders, to ensure that their constituencies have representation in the revitalization process. Members of the General Advisory Council serve Ex-Officio on all Advisory Councils.

Transportation and Commuters Advisory Council
The September 11, 2001 attacks severely damaged and disrupted the transportation infrastructure of Lower Manhattan. The impact is felt not only by residents and businesses, but also by the thousands of individuals who rely on that infrastructure to commute into Lower Manhattan. This Advisory Council provides LMDC with feedback on transportation issues and serves as an important resource as the LMDC assists with the planning for a 21st Century transportation system in Lower Manhattan.
